yes i have been mod on 5 servers and admin on 2 and co-owner on 2.

B. If you have been a Mod/Admin before, do you have any proof? its long time i have been mod/admin i have a break for the clients.

C. If you have been a Mod/Admin before, why are you not one now? because they all are offline

You're a cool guy. My only thing is, you couldn't have been on the server for 4-5 days and played 5 hours each day and then said your char is only 10-15 hours played. Lol.
